Is receiving 60% of orders from a previous client considered favorable on Fiverr?

Favourable or not but fiverr does have a metric for the amount of repeat customers. And if you have repeat customers it means that they are satisfied with your work. 
but it’s not the only metric fiverr takes into account, it’s just one of many

Though it could also be a risk having 60% of orders from 1 client, eg. if a seller's client ever stopped ordering/left Fiverr/had their account disabled then they'd probably have a big decrease in orders until they got enough from other clients.
