suudenly my gigs are disappeared from the search. why is that happened?

I have good ratings. but suddenly my gigs are disappeared from the search. I don't know why it's happened. I try to solve it from custom support but its not help for me.
anyone know why is this happened?

As they said, your account is active but the Gig impressions are dependent on many different factors, including your seller statistics, performance, and additional internal factors.
