7 days late in my withdrawal and 2 days without support responding

Hello people! I made my withdrawal on January 3 and it still appears as "In process", I wrote to support two days ago and they still haven't responded. I tried to write again yesterday and they put that request as "resolved" AND I am not finding any way to complain or for Fiverr to contact me. What could I do? I am making withdrawals to paypal.
