Hi - Recently I lost my gig ranking. I searched all the pages but I couldn't find them. What should I do now?

This 3.3* review is the main reason of your less clicks and impressions. That buyer must have left you a negative private review too as it seems that he/she was not fully satisfied with your services. Your gigs have been pushed back in the search results or might be temporarily removed from the search results. So it will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effect of those private and public reviews. 

So you are recommended to improve your services and make your buyers happy via quality work.
