I'm online. But my gig doesn't appear in "Online seller" filter

Guys, I can see my gig after filtering cartoon logo category. but after filtering online seller, I can't find my gig. it disappears and I think this started at the end of the December. I didn't change any single data for 3 months and have 4.9 star rating. Could you please advise?
