What's with this "Choose the level of your experience" review system??

Question

Here we go again...

Allowing the client or anyone for that matter, to simply choose their 'level of experience' and then assigning stars to that choice is a "Stat Killer"!

'Somewhat Satisfied' yields a 4* rating across the board vs if they actually SEE the Star system, they would be more inclined to use it, and spread the rating across the board...or even give the coveted 5* rating.

I have already had a client express that they were 100% pleased, yet used the 'level of experience' rating system, and it gave me 4*'s across the board.

They eventually had to reach out to support to have it changed.

That is NOT fair.  The system is flawed and not in the spirit of what the Star System was intended for.
