How do I add "extras" to my gigs?

I wondering how I can add extras to my gigs. I never see the option when I set up the gig so hopefully someone can help me.

You must be LEVEL 1 to add extras. To gain LEVEL 1 you must have 100% rating and 10 orders and be registered and active for more than 30 days

One more order and you will get LEVEL 1 badge, I see you had 9 orders.
