I'm unable to Accept Delivery

The seller did a great job on our project. It was in revision for a long time, but that was our fault, not the seller.
We are trying to change the status from 'In Revision', to 'Accept Delivery', but that option isn't available. 
I've watched the video, but my page looks different and does not show any option to 'Accept Delivery'
Any suggestions are welcome.

Did the seller mark the order as complete from his side?

Perhaps seller hasn't delivered the work again after your revision request. You may ask your seller to check the delivery status at his end.
