I received a warning for Feedback boosting violation

Hello all!

I received a warning for Boosting Feedback Violation but I can't remember doing it. And when I ask for the Order in Question, I get the same answer (to go through Community Standards) again and again.

How to know where I made the mistake? And, how long does the warning last?

I understand information cannot be disclosed here. But, I have not received any update from Customer Support. 

I want to learn where I made the mistake. Please help.
