Are video calls in inbox still available as option?

I can't seem to find a button, icon or link to initiate a video call with a client. Don't remember specifically how it looked in the past, but it was rather obvious. Are there any changes applied regarding this feature? 🤔

I see! When I started checking other client messages, it showed up. But why not available for everyone? 🤔 It will make negotiations so much easier and faster.
