Has anyone lost their level one seller some week after getting it?

I am not sure how fluid the system is when it comes to granting levels, but likely either the quality (stars) or quantity of your Gigs dropped below some threshold. I am not sure if you lose levels if you get a lot of 1-2 star ratings, but if so - that might’ve happened.



Considering you have less than 90% positive rating and are here “about a month” according to the profile, that might be exactly what happened.



That, or the system promoted you too early and this was corrected. Either way, contacting Customer Support is your best option to sort it out one way or the other.
