Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to the tell the fiverr community that yesterday I got my gig ordered for the first time. It was some basic work regarding wordpress and the buyer was also very friendly, making my overall experience with fiverr a good one.

I hope to get more of my gigs ordered and hope that I might become someday a top rated seller. Wish me luck(I don’t believe in luck), or better yet order one of my Gigs here.

That’s amazing! Congrats 🙂 I’ve noticed it’s a lot easier to get clients after you get your first gig… You only need to promote a once or twice a week to keep regular inflow of clients… I’ve just started recently too and worked for 2 buyers so far and it has been an amazing experience… I’m sure you’ll get to the front page some day 🙂 good luck 🙂

Cool. 🙂 Congratz.

I’m a fairly new Seller myself (been a Seller for just over a week now as I make this post) and I just got my first order yesterday too. Yay! 🙂

Hang in there, keep at it and hopefully we’ll soon see more business coming our way. Cheers!

I too have recently joined. I started a discussion but no one has posted in it yet. I also made my first sale this week, and was so, so excited! My buyer was so nice and easy to work with, it was simple! I want to eventually make a part-time income at the least through Fiverr. My biggest question is, what is the best way to promote your gigs? Facebook? Do I have to go through my personal Facebook or is there a way to keep them separate? (I don’t want my day job seeing it for fear of loss in hours if they know I’m trying to make a second income.) Suggestions for promoting my gig’s would be great, as I really want to see this work for me (and maybe my boyfriend too, but he’s waiting to see if I get more sales before joining).
