Hello there, You can tell him that this goes against Fiverr's terms and conditions. However, if he insists on contacting you through Telegram, report and block him

Sharing or asking any kind of social media information, contact information like Email, s***e, WhatsApp, Telegram these are totally illegal in Fiverr. Do not mention any word like this and do not share any kind of contact details.

If you think or understand that the buyer is fake you should ignore him. because he/she waste your valuable time

Just tell him this is TOS violation. And Ignore message.

If you suspect something, simply report the message to fiverr.
