Set Up Issues

Hi All - I'm just doing the package pricing part of the set up It asks for number of articles you offer. It works for standard and premium but I can't enter anything for Basic. It says: the value for this add on should be 1. Any ideas what the problem is? I am working on Chrome .... cheers

Can you choose 1? That's how it works automatically for me.

The forced choices on the gig packages are annoying.

No the scroll bar doesn't do anything - and you can't enter manually Thanks

My suggestion is change the standars and premium by 2 and basic can set 1

Okay, now I clearly understand what your problem is. Sometimes Fiverr disables some feature options from the basic package because Fiverr observes that buyers don't like to purchase some features from the basic package. That's the reason Fiverr disables some feature options in the basic package.
