Gig's Going Down

I have been consistently active almost 24 hours a day. However, over the past two days, I've noticed a decline in the performance of my gigs. What steps should I take to address this?

Staying online for 24/7 won't help you with anything else not even in getting orders. Your impressions are dropping because currently your gig galleries are not good enough to attract buyer's attention so improve them further.

You almost just got a review... Why are you worrying so much already? And a lot of buyers are not going to be spending time on Fiverr during Christmas.

No, you're not. Stop lying. It's impossible to stay online 24 hours a day, and it won't help you anyway.

Vibronx, I'm approximately online 24 hours a day.

Okay... That's a lot of dedication for something that hasn't made you much money yet. And staying online won't help you and is a waste of time. Most buyers don't look at who's online when they search for sellers.

But if you want to do that, I'm not going to stop you. It's your life.

Thank you. I got your point.

Yes. My suggestion is to go to sleep instead. Staying online is useless.

And don't use your brother. He is not online anymore.

There is no set/specific time for that. If your gigs are performing well, then there is NO need to refresh them.

But if you are not getting impressions and clicks, you can refresh your gigs after every 3 days.

Refreshing includes changing your title, tags and description.

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to share that in the last 3 months, I've received three orders on Fiverr and successfully received two payouts. However, I'm a bit concerned as my gig visibility seems to be decreasing. I would appreciate any positive advice you may have.

Thanks!

You only had a single review, so most likely others within your niche had more orders and reviews than you. Also, who knows what private review that person left for you, even if the public review was positive.

Continue delivering great work and offering exceptional customer service, then eventually things should get better. But in general, getting more work helps.

I can't tell you the certain data,  but it led to your gigs being de-ranked. You will have to wait for several months (maybe more-less since the recent changes in the review system, algorithm etc). I would tell you to concentrate on your existing buyers, there are not many of them, but they might order again. Any new order from them is important and feel free to politely ask them each time for a review (don't specify that you want a positive review).

There isn't a 'best' time or method for updating gigs. You should update your gigs only when necessary, not just for the sake of it. Continuously updating or following a specific updating pattern won't necessarily lead to more orders.
