Buyer asking for registration fees

Hi, I am new to Fiverr, started by journey couple of days back. I received a message today from one buyer, When I inquired about the project details, I was asked to pay registration fees. Is this normal? Do I have to make any such payment to the buyer?

No it's spam. Respond to the message with Hi and then mark the message as a Spam (report).

Why would any buyer ask for the registration fees when he has to place an order to you? Fiverr does not work like this way..
