I am a new seller on Fiver I don't have much idea about image SEO. But I saw people are doing it and it brings them results. So my question is how do I know that my image SEO is working on the google search engine? I put title, description, and keywords in my image.

I think image SEO does not work on google search engine, it's work on fiverr.

Go to your Google Search Console. Check Your Image search keywords and impression. But don't you stop there see your crawling and indexing reports of your image URLs.
