first order

I am new to Fiverr and I think I finally have my first order. I sent an offer via email and I am ready to record. How do I know if my offer is accepted. My dashboard says no orders. If it is accepted, can someone explain the delivery and payment process also. Like where do I submit my file?

If you refreshed the seller dashboard and it shows no orders there will be no current (active) orders.

I'd check the Fiverr rules as normally all contact has to be on Fiverr

ok , thank you. The communication has been on Fiverr. It was through messages. I sent the offer but it doesn't show any orders. Maybe she didn't accept it then?

If there's no order when you refresh the databoard then yes, she didn't accept it and create an order through it.

It should also say at the bottom of the offer (you might need to refresh the inbox page). eg. if they accepted it and an order was created for it it shows "View Order" and greyed out text "Offer Accepted" next to it. But before it's accepted I think it shows an option to "Withdraw Offer" at the bottom of the offer instead.

Do you meant that you sent custom offer to your client?

she was just sending me messages on fiverr and at the bottom it said make offer or something like that so I did? I guess it was a custom offer. I clicked on my gig but it allowed me to modify it.

these all make sense. I was just confused because I have not done this before. I think if she does accept it will make more sense.
