Unfortunately a buyer canceled an order with a note blaming me. So my order completion rate dropped from 100% to 96%. 

I contact Fiverr support with all documents to restore my order completion rate (100%). 

Fiverr support team looked into the issue and they found no wrong on my part and they restored my order completion rate 100% as before.
