I'm reaching out because I've encountered an issue with an order on Fiverr. Unfortunately, the order hasn't been received, and I'm unsure about the next steps to take.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation?

If the buyer asked you to go to that site you could contact CS about it, as it's probably against the rules about off-site contact etc.
