Check the internet if you material is used, if so, communicate with them that they are using your material without paying for it, and they should either pay or remove it.Likely what happened is that they filed a paypal dispute, and this got their accounts removed from Fiverr. It’s a tragedy, and happens now and then - customer support will likely be of only limited help.All you can do is wait, and hope it doesn’t happen again.
