laughingcrow Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 As far as I know, if the order auto-completes no rating is added because it’s an automated system. However, the buyer should still be able to add feedback at some later time. The best way to get a rating is to ask your buyer to give his feedback. If you’re nice about it and remind him that good feedback means more people will want to use your service, I can’t imagine a pleased buyer saying no. I’ve got no response from the buyer since I’ve delivered the order (about 3 weeks ago). Thank you for suggesting me to send again a message and kindly ask for his feedback.
