Someone help me on this matter

I am going to contract with a buyer. I want to do cold email work with my buyers. He will give me his email, login pass. I want to know if there will be any problem for this. He didn't order me. But I want to work on commission basis. He would give me 25% if I could sell his product. 

 

Will there be any problem if I take the login pass before ordering?
