It's not a standard practice to use auto refresh to fake your presence on the platform. If Fiverr can detect, you may be penalized.

Yes, A Huge Problem. Your account will be Bye Bye means suspended if you use any auto-refresh extension which is not allowed to use on Fiverr. Avoid itl

Any automation software don't allow by Fiverr rules.

Stay online does not help to get more order. It's waste of you valuable time. 

Important is to reply as soon as possible to your buyer. Mobile Fiverr Apps will help you to response with buyer immediately.  No need stay online 24/7.

I want to know about that. But a Fiverr staff told me that using of auto refresher is against Fiverr Terms of service. It will be harmful for account.
