The Fiverr guy who is supposed to do my marketing campaign is not doing his job. What to do ?

I applied for a marketing campaign about a month ago and the guy that I hired hasn’t produced what he said he would and our “contract ” expires in 3 days. Can someone help ? 
I paid a lot of money for that.

The professional thing to do is to ask him for proven progress on the order page, so the Fiverr team can see you asked. If he shows proof and the campaign is working, then great. If not, you have grounds for cancellation, and you can easily go and cancel the order from the order page. Or via customer support. If the seller delivers an empty file or other stuff like that, they are at fault too and their account will get damaged/removed accordingly. 

So, Fiverr protects you. Although, as @zerlina84 said, you should cancel right now if you see no progress. You can initiate a cancellation from your side.
