My Gig Extras are NOT showing up

This is my gig URL http://fiverr.com/twistedone/create-two-professional-youtube-videos-for-your-product-or-service-or-anything and I do have the extras enabled. However, they are not showing up on my gig page.



I raised a support ticket with Fiverr on 5th August 2014 (Ticket ID: 682673). It has been two days and the ticket is still in open status.

Am I invisible? or Have I asked something wrong? I am going crazy here all alone… Guys, please can someone reply me to confirm you can read my messages? I am trying to reach fiverr support for last 5 days and my issue is still not resolved. 😦

Dear Twistedone, the rules of the forum say that the forum is no replacement for support; if no one can help you or answer your problem, you will likely have no replies.



Your messages show up fine, though.



If support is busy (and with the current slow and buggy Fiverr, they likely are) it can take a few days or a week or so to get an answer. Don’t add more tickets, because that only swamps the system and gives no benefit.
