Gigs removed from the search result

Hello! My all gigs are de-ranked from the last 7 months. No order cancellation, No negative feedback! Fiverr suddenly deleted my gig because they said I copied the description...however, I have written my description from a Scriptwriter. I gave him proof and they active my gig....but all of the gigs are de-ranked...Now I can't see my gigs on search. I have been working on Fiver since 2016 and many times my gig got de-ranked but only for 2-3 months. Now it has been more than 7 months. I shared my gig on social media, updated my gig description, and added a video and yes, I got 1-2 orders from social media but still no rank. So what should I do? because I jobless this time.

You have received two 4.3* reviews (2 and 4 months ago). So, there is a possibility that those buyers must have given you negative private reviews which is why your gigs seems to be pushed back in the search results or temporarily removed from the search results. which is why you are not getting orders etc. Your BSR and Performance scores have also been dropped. 

It will usually take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effects of those private reviews. Meanwhile, try to deliver quality work, don't over-optimize your gigs.

Besides from these reviews that @smartdezigns mentioned, you have some more negative labels on your profile. It could be all due to reviews and the problem you had with customer support. It can be unfair, I know. You just need time, and I wouldn't say that you have no sales - you have about 10 orders per month in the last several months.

Private negative reviews may be the reason behind of it.

Hey! Thank you for your response! but 2 reviews can't judge my work quality. I have received more than 300 positive reviews and customer support is only the way we can connect via Fiverr they are responsible for solving the problem we are facing. I just let them know my problem. so what did I do wrong? and what are the negative labels I have on my profile?? I try to please every client with my service. That's why I have a good returning buyer rate. and when we contacted customer support regarding our problem, they didn't provide solutions. So it means we are nothing for Fiverr?? 2 buyers scam with me. they got the list worth($300) and canceled the order when I contacted customer support, they replied we couldn't force buyers to accept the order and they removed those buyers from Fiverr after some time. they know that they are scammers. but what about freelancers? we did hard work every time and we can't return the money that we earned from hard work. I understand that I could have received a few negative reviews but It has been more than 7 months. so what should I do for my gig back in the search result? because It's only the source of my income. and It has taken 7 years to build my profile on Fiverr. so It's not easy to leave.
