User posted an update to your order page - email is a hit and miss

I tend get these emails “user posted an update to your order page” as the name suggests. The problem is I don’t receive these emails for every message posted.



I’m mostly on my PC, but I cannot keep refreshing the order page to check new messages. It would be helpful to increase response times if I get email alert for each single message on order page.



I’ve missed communication with the buyer, as I kept checking only email, but infact he has answered long ago.
