My Gig gone drastically down

Hi all, 

Hope ya'll having a great time. 

So I do a lot of hard work on my gigs to provide best service to my clients, I even hired a team to do so, but it's difficult when your clients start asking for extra work which was not even included in the original order and if you say no or ask for extra pay for extra service they will start arguing and threatening to give negative reviews and you end up loosing your gig's value and you're restricted from promoting your gigs, you disappear from searches.

In short! you're gone. 

Also my rating is not too bad but still I am facing this.

Question- what should I do?

Before delivery, ensure all conditions are clear. If the buyer requests extra services for free, contact Customer Support and ask them to cancel the order. If an order is canceled without delivery, the buyer can't leave a negative review
