Can someone please clarify whether Fiverr charges on a daily basis or monthly for promotion? Additionally, if there is insufficient balance in the Fiverr account, will Fiverr still promote the gig and charge later or will it be halted?

Fiverr charges monthly based. But this cost is calculate daily basis. Generally Fiverr send a bill of total month in mail. If there are enough balance in your earning then Fiverr is automatic deducting from your earning balance. 

If there is no enough balance, bill will be pending.
