I'm creating a new gig, it's not getting published
Fiver asked for the English test, but when he gave the test, he failed. Now he said it is for three months. In the second gig, I will add a different kind of skill. That skill does not match the skill in the first one. Otherwise, I would add the skill in the first gig.

Actually, I'm a new fiver that's why I'm offering this to everyone tell me if what I'm doing is right. Is it right to create a website for free to promote your gig?

Some gig asked for English test to publish it. If you failed multiple times. Then they give this time period. But you can publish your gig changing the category. Then won't ask English test.
