what happen to the profile when we cancel very late order(more than 60 days late.)

Very late order is when it has been more than 24 hours since the delivery due date. Then the buyer, not the seller, can cancel the order. And it will impact the seller's completion rate.

what will happen when order is more than 60 days late. fiverr giving maximum time extending option duration is 60 days.

It's the same. If the buyer accepted the extension, then you have the new due date (60 days if you asked for that). If you exceed that, you're late, and after 24h you are very late and the buyer can cancel the order, your rate is affected etc.

I asked this problem from fiverr CS. This is the answer.

I understand that you would like to know if you can request a time extension on an order for more than 60 days. 
 
This is not currently possible, as 60 days is the maximum you can extend each time but you should be able to request this more than once.

This is a great suggestion and I will immediately forward it to our Product Developers.
Hopefully, this could be implemented someday."
