I am active on Fiverr but when I filter online the gig doesn't show. But it is in the gig search results. What is wrong with it?
And, How may I solve this problem?

Your gig may not be seen by you in the same place as it is for someone who tends to search for gigs similar to your own. 

Placement is not absolute but is instead served based on the user's activity among other factors.

I test my gig placement using multiple devices and the placement is never the same from one to the next.

It's not uncommon to not see your own gig in the results. It could be that your keywords are not favorable, or your SEO within your gig description is not optimized well.
