My individual gig cannot be active as it shows the grey button.

Question

Firstly, I cannot find the support section. Where/what is the support email to contact Fiverr to resolve the issue? 

I use this forum for quick help. 

Does anyone have the same issues of gig that cannot active it? It usually shows the green button to reactive but it appears grey button. I did tick the box in gigs list.

I assume that I didn't active for a while that causes it.

Yes. Your gigs have been paused by Fiverr Team because of your inactivity. So, for this purpose, you need to contact Fiverr Support.
