Turning off the "Promoted Gig" option, none of my gigs are appearing in search results

Hello everyone! I've been facing an issue where my gig is not showing up in Fiverr's search results. I recently received a message stating, "Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now. We'll notify you as soon as this changes."

Furthermore, even after turning off the "Promoted Gig" option, none of my gigs are appearing in search results. I've brought this matter to Fiverr support, and despite them assuring me that the gig is active and appears in search results, I'm unable to find it when using Fiverr's search bar. All statistics are at 100%, and I haven't received any negative reviews in the last few months.

I'm reaching out to the community to seek guidance on this matter. Can anyone please guide me about whether my gig will reappear in search results in the future or not? Your insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'm also facing same issue. I contacted fiverr support but they just needed to wait till it fix automatically and they suggested to share gigs on social media. There are additional quality requirements we need to meet to use this promoted gig feature but unfortunately we don't know what are these additional quality requirements.

For stopping promoted gig your gig are not getting enough click and impression as well as order. So you gig loss rank.

My actual Question and concern was none of my gigs were appearing in search results. Can you guide me about this? How can I get back my gigs in search results? Thanks
