Why "Add Files" option of Fiverr forum does not work in my phone?

When I'm clicking on 'Add Files' to attach any picture or documents it  does not work in my phone.

I tried it now on my phone, and you're right, it doesn't work. I will check with the admins and get back to you. In the meantime, you can upload your image on web, copy the given url and then click on "other media" and choose "insert image from URL".

It has worked for me in the past but I have not tried it lately.

Look I could add this image of my Christmas tree using the Fiverr app on my iPhone.

The mobile app is a mess to be honest!

I have all sorts of issues from not being able to create custom offers, to uploading and downloading files, to the message bar being greyed out not allowing me to respond to a message. Other times it works great. I tend to carry a laptop with me when I'm away just for those reasons. The PC browser version rarely gives me trouble
