Bad Buyers

I’m a Sri Lankan. We usually get orders from USA buyers and they put there order in the midnight and go away for a long time. At that time we can’t ask any questions or more details about the buyer’s want because they are not responded. Some buyers order the gig and they come back next day and they ask for the modification. At that time my gig’s express badge went out. Any solutions for that?

Maybe in your Gig’s description ask potential Buyers to contact you first before placing the order, so in that way things can be already clarified about the order and gives both sides a chance to ask each other any questions. It may not always work (some Buyers may not read the Gig description carefully or may not want to bother contacting you first), but perhaps worth a try.
