My shop was disable for no reason

Fiverr disable my shop because i sent a link to a customer for another shop that can help her. Next thing you know my level 2 account was disable . ive sent 8 tickets and still havent heard from them.

Yeah, it seems trying to contact CS is a long waiting process. You’ll need lots of patience.



You should only submit one ticket about any particular issue (as the same User submitting multiple tickets on the same issue may slow things down even more, or they might consider it as “spam”, not sure though).

Well yea im talking about another account i said my level 2 account. ive had it for 4 months and then fiverr just disables it. so i had to make a new one

I feel like fiverr not having a phone number to contact them on is quite weird.

No weirder than telling people you can “cast spells”, or ignoring the Terms of Service , which you claimed you read and agreed to follow each time you opened a membership.

Unless you lied about that, of course.
