Yeah, it seems trying to contact CS is a long waiting process. You’ll need lots of patience.



You should only submit one ticket about any particular issue (as the same User submitting multiple tickets on the same issue may slow things down even more, or they might consider it as “spam”, not sure though).

No weirder than telling people you can “cast spells”, or ignoring the Terms of Service , which you claimed you read and agreed to follow each time you opened a membership.

Unless you lied about that, of course.
