Gig images not being accepted.

Hello, I'm trying to set up a gig and it is saying my images are not within the guidelines. I've downloaded them in jpeg form and the dimensions are 712X430 px. What else can I do? This is happening to my profile picture as well but not as important as my gig photos as I cannot sell without it. Help!!

You could check with CS.

The guidelines say 712x430 is the minimum - so you could use higher if you wanted.

On your main gig image there's text under each item - but it's not high enough res for the text to be legible.

So I deleted 2 of the ones that may have been stretched but now its saying this: o comply with Fiverr’s terms of service, make sure to upload only content you either own or you have the permission or license to use.

This is so frustrating. Another seller that sells the same stuff has copied an image from Pinterest and posted it on her gig.. I created a new image from scratch on canva and mine is getting flagged. I'm starting to give up on selling on fiver. This is too complicated. Any work around on this or how do I contact the help desk?
