Payoneer new account adding issue

Hi Seniors 
I already used a Payoneer account with Fiverr very smoothly but suddenly I faced the issue of being blocked with my Payoneer account (due to some other clients) well now I made a new Payoneer account on my sister's ID card and her email. I deleted my old Payoneer account from Fiverr and trying to attach a new one but facing an error

Do what the message in red says and contact customer support. They even gave you the link to contact them.
