Fiverr customer support does not respond.

Fiverr customer support does not reply my e-mails. my account was suspended and i got the e-mail to withdraw my funds within 7 days. but i can't remember and i don't have the mobile number used for the account. so i asked to reset it and now it's been 2 days and still no reply. around 4-5 days left to withdraw funds. seems like they wait till 7 days to pass.
