I have made 2 orders with 2 different sellers and I give the requirements and the text shows up but blinks red and stays on the screen but the seller never gets the message and now my orders are saying that i still need to do the requirements. I can talk to the seller through the message part but not the order part. I have filled out an issue form with support but have heard nothing back. Very frustrated!!

There are certain things which are blocked by the Fiverr messaging system because of breach of Terms of Service. Such things could be an email address, discussions on payments and the like.



If there is red blinking text, what does it say exactly? It might tell you why your message doesn’t come through. Also check if there are red comments by Fiverr underneath the text box, which might give information.
