My seller account wasn't accepted, and I don't know why

I created my first gig recently. All five steps were completed, and my profile and gig itself are full of information. But a few hours after sending it, I got this email message. My seller account just wasn't accepted at some point. Can someone explain the reasons, please? Because I just don't understand what the problem is. Thank you!
