Can buyers add their final projects to my live portfolio AFTER closing the order and rating the job?

Hi everyone!



Okay, so I have my Live Portfolio ON, I’ve checked with CS if everything was working and they replied that ALL my clients refused to add their project to my live portfolio.



The thing is, I have at least 5 videos on YouTube with my voice over.



The question is:



Can I talk to those clients and ask them to add the final project to my Live Portfolio AFTER they’ve closed and rated my work?



Can they go back on their decision of “not” adding it to my Live Portfolio? If so, how?



I’m sad because they’re really good to show my work and…I’m limited to 3 pictures and my video gig.

I think if the buyer agrees you or the buyer can contact support and they can add your video or image to your portfolio.

This “live portfolio” option is very limited…they ought to improve it.



But thanks, @madmoo and @mgjohn78!! I’ll explore those options and see what I can do to improve my portfolio display =)
