How i can create a gig to get paid hourly?

I think Fiverr doesn't have that feature because the Fiverr business model works on a project base, not hourly task-based but you can charge the client as per the time you have invested in certain task 🙂

In addition, to the great @atulcodex's response,  I can tell you that there can be rare cases based on time.
For example, code review (Programming & Tech > QA & Review > Code review) is defined by a time session:

Otherwise, it's not the usual way.
