How do i verify my identity - its say "Camera Access Require"

My account has been restricted just because of Verification of Identity - and when started the process it says "Camera Access Requires to Verify Identity"

It means exactly as it says. It's not rocket science. Allow access to camera so that Fiverr can verify your ID.

I am having the same problem. Don't appreciate this member insulting people. We know it's not rocket science. I got the same error even after giving the Fiverr app permission to use my phone camera. It won't take the picture.
