My gig is not publishing same as on old account

Question

 My gig is not publishing. The publish option is not clicking, as soon as I click the publish. nothing happens it's black again like I never clicked.

So I opened my account in a new tab again and checked the gig was in draft. I checked several times, and everything is fine, I have been trying since yesterday.

what could be the issue, I created my new account.

before and I had an account since 2022 but I deleted that account recently I was trying to create the same gig on that account too but the same thing was happening.

Is this because I have a new account?

Do I have to verify my account somehow?

I am creating a gig as a Social Media Manager

What mistakes I might be making??
