What to expect with the file exchange process.

I would feel more confident knowing the process for file exchange between the seller and buyer. I am needing to receive a photo to edit then send back to the buyer. I'm not finding anyone showing this process. I 'd like to know to be better prepared to publish my gig with confidence. Does Fiverr provide a file share service? Do i just need to message my buyer and exchange emails?

Exchanging emails would be against Fiverr's TOS if it wasn't totally necessary for the order. For editing images it wouldn't be necessary.

When you create a gig there's a "requirements" section. In there you can ask the buyer to attach the things necessary for you to do the work on the order. If you need them to give you a photo to edit, add a requirement there in the requirement section of your gig saying something like "Attach the image(s) that you need editing". and under the question select "get it in the form of: attachment".

Then when you press the delivery button on an order you attach the changed files to the delivery box and then when they're all attached you deliver that.
