maenoko Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 If this happens to me (and it has a couple of times) I usually just try delivering again.Sure the customer sees two deliveries, but I normally send them a note that I seem to be having technical difficulties with Fiverr, and apologize for the duplicated delivery.I then screenshot it (showing the timer still showing up after completed delivery) and send that over to Customer Support.
